Academic record is an online application which provides several services for instructors and students. It provides an easy tools for grading, attendance sheet, and more!.

Attendance

Instructor: Late, Absent, or Has excuse can be recorded with Academic Record. Instructor don't need to spend long time marking attendance sheet, since the app gives an easy to use tool for filling the sheet wither using smart phone or desktop.

Student: Student could view how many days he/she missed.

Grades

Instructor

Quizzes, Assignments, and Exams are easy to be graded with Academic Record. Instructor could enter grades temporally and then mark them as final grades. Grading System has ability to be opened on period of time which will be closed out of the allowed time.

Ones instructor marks grades as final, grades can't be change until receive permission from course coordinator.

Student: Student could view his/her grades after they marked as final.

Academic Advising

Course coordinators could monitor attendance sheet and grading while sections' instructors entering those information. Coordinator don't need to wait instructors to send grades or attendance sheet.
